How do I make homade menus - binder style - like the drink/dessert menus @ Olive Garden, Red Lobster, etc.?

Or where do I buy them? We designed a new drink menu for our restaurant and we want to combine it with our wine list - Looking for something with clear cover sleeves or something to that effect. I would rather bind it myself if anybody has any ideas on how to make it look professional?

It is funny that I came across your question. I was in Staples store recently and noticed students putting together a faux menu for their GATE project for school! Staples has some great options for organizing a professional book, menu, presentation, etc. Just bring in your menus and they will put it in a binding of your choice.
