Can anyone recomend some fish-like plants?

I'm designing a border garden with an underwater theme. Although all the plants are dry-land plants I want the design to have an underwater look to it.

Can anyone please suggest some shrubs and bushes that look like fishes (ie shiny etc).

I could also do with some suggests of yellow (or pale green) grass.

Please help, this idea isn't as easy as I'd hoped.

Reply:You could try shrimp plants.

Some of the ornamental grasses can look like water if planted in broad swaths, but not straight rows. Smaller grasses like mondo or liriope can also give that illusion. Using round river rocks in places or even running through the border is another way to give the illusion of water. You could spray them with a clear lacquer to make them shiny.
